Taking on roles reflecting real life marketing, customer and sales situations, participants develop valuable skills through hands-on practical tasks.

Marketing, Customer Service and Retail MTA (Multi Training Aid) is an experiential development package. Participants develop their understanding of specific situations in these areas through a series of short activities. Each activity is followed by a review based on a questionnaire that guides individuals' thinking and develops understanding. 

 

The activities can be sequenced so that learning builds throughout the workshop. The workshop closes with everyone developing their own personal plans to apply and continue developing their knowledge and skills:
• engage everyone mentally, physically and emotionally 
• provide challenge
• raise issues that relate to work 
• stimulate 
• are targeted at specific training needs 
• involve a well developed review process 
• enable effective learning transfer 
• include an element of fun
