Co-ordination is the key as four colleagues strap themselves into a set of giant skis. Manoeuvre around the cones, try and speed up as your competitor gains pace and head for the finish line.
Work on your timing so you all move in unison and above all try not to fall over. It’s competitive, it’s invigorating and above all it’s a huge amount of fun!
