For sustainable responsible businesses, a motivational team building event working towards an admirable objective benefiting your people and others, helps to build bonds, strengthen communication skills, and an understanding we can all make a positive difference. At MotivAction we can offer businesses unique experiences at our very own sustainable venue, Church Farm, Ardeley.
Located in rural Hertfordshire, and less than an hour from central London, our team building and CSR events can be designed to work with your objectives in mind. We also provide training and work experience for people with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues in a supportive and caring environment on our fully working farms. Working with our Rural Care Team we can put together Away Days and Team Building events based on making a real difference. Events are held at our two Hertfordshire Care Farms: Church Farm Ardeley, Stevenage and Aldenham Country Park, Watford.
- Happy Hen Experience with Rural Care help to build hen houses / shelters / dust baths
- Building maternity unit for pregnant sows
- Making an Apiary or Wormery
- Installing wheel chair ramps in chicken huts
- Sowing, planting, weeding, harvesting
- Assisting co-farmers with collecting, grading & boxing eggs
- Join the team as they tend the farm animals, help to straw, bed, muck-out, feed & water
